    Our Quality Promise

    At Glitze Accessories, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Our jewellery is crafted from premium stainless steel and finished with 18K gold plating, ensuring durability, a long-lasting shine, and a luxurious look. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to meet our quality standards.


    Damaged or Broken on Receipt

    If your order arrives damaged or broken, we sincerely apologize and take full responsibility. In such cases:

    • Contact us at glitze24@gmail.com or 03132766106 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Share clear photographs of the damaged item along with your order number.
    • We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

    Product Matches Description but Customer is Unsatisfied

    We strive to represent all our products accurately through detailed photographs and descriptions. However, if the product is exactly as shown in the listing but you are still unsatisfied, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

    • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
    • You may exchange it for another article of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
    • Delivery charges for the exchange (both return and re-delivery) will be borne by the customer.

    Refund Policy

    We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

    • The item received was damaged or broken (see above — in this case a replacement is offered as the primary resolution).
    • In exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible for a damaged item, a full refund will be issued.

    If a customer changes their mind and the product is the same as shown in pictures and description:

    • The customer must send the item(s) back to us at their own expense.
    • Return delivery charges are to be borne entirely by the customer.
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the product price only.
    • Original delivery charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable as the order was fulfilled as described.
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    Important Notes

    • Items that are used, worn, altered, or not in original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • Glitze Accessories reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the above conditions are not met.
