Terms of Service — Glitze Accessories

Welcome to Glitze Accessories. By visiting our website at glitze.pk and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. Glitze Accessories reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, designs, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours will be completely accurate. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms & Methods

  • We currently accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer across Pakistan.
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner (Leopards Courier or Postex).
  • Orders are confirmed upon placement and dispatched after verification.
  • Glitze Accessories does not store any sensitive payment information.
  • In the case of online payment methods (if available), all transactions are processed securely. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
  • Any disputes related to payment must be reported to us within 48 hours of the transaction at glitze24@gmail.com or 0313-2766106.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing, and will notify the customer promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Leopards Courier and Postex across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders. Glitze Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on glitze.pk, including product images, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Glitze Accessories. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
