At Glitze Accessories, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all parcels weighing up to 0.5 kg. For orders exceeding this weight, delivery charges vary.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 business days after confirmation. Please note:
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than the standard timeframe.
- During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after placement and verification.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier services:

- π Postex
The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and availability. Both services provide tracking so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number viaΒ WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order directly on the respective courier's website:

- Postex: postex.pk
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.
- Glitze Accessories is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours at glitze24@gmail.com or 0313-2766106.
- We will investigate and arrange a free replacement.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Glitze Accessories is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.
